A PROCLAMATION OF THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF GOLDSBY,

OKLAHOMA DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS BY

REASON OF INADEQUATE WATER SUPPLY AND ORDERED THE

MANDATORY TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF WATER FROM THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Town of Goldsby has determined from evidence presented to him by the Public Works Director of the municipal water system that the Municipal Water System will become unable to supply the commercial and domestic needs of the users thereof, including adequate fire protection; if usage continues at present volumes; and
